don't use rain in rainy days

I thought rain means the network works everywhere, Ive just discovered it means it doenst work in rainy days. I have been using rain for a while for work, it was terrible at first and I got an outside router then it performed better. For more than a week I have been calling rain support because it stopped working properly, guess what - rain support only know to ask me to restart the router or put it next to a window, they don't even have access to check that am using an outside router that is facing the rain tower directly
