Don’t use rain faulty routers and internet connection

Been paying three months for no internet connection( mind you it’s suppose to month-to-month.. I call every single day regarding my connection. You just delivered th new 101 router insisted on taking my old router without verification if the device is working . Then it’s always a mission to get in contact with rain , no im sitting with a broken router and no internet , but I paid for this service
