DON’T USE RAIN

Rain don’t allow you to cancel at any time, after multiple attempts at cancelling my rain SIM card I’ve been debited and they refuse to cancel. I’ve tried online I’ve tried on the app I’ve tried calling them to the result of the lady actually hanging up on me due to her obviously not having a response as to why my cancellations are not going through as well as why do they keep debiting me after I’ve made it very clear I want to cancel.
