DON'T USE RAIN

I trust you are well

I have rain now for less then a month, the first day I got set up the wifi already stopped working after a few hours

The network is so **** and doesn't work

I now have issues where the internet doesn't work and keeps jumping, I now have to use my mobile data as the internet and service is so ****

I will not suggest that anyone uses them and if you are cancel as they are fast to take your money and fast to give you a good service till they get your money after that nothing you won't hear from rain

After calls and emails this still can not be fixed

I was told someone will call me however to Date still no call....I saw a email saying they calling me on a number that doesn't belong to me

Rain you are new in the market and yet cant even prove yourself do you have a idiots working for you company or is it just greed and don't care after you get our money..

Please come and fetch your router and cancel my internet I will move to a better company that will value me .
