DONT USE RAIN

The absolute WORST service provide ever! I have tried cancelling my account numerous times after the supervisor said she would personally last year! Nothing has been done but my account has been accumulating for years. Called today and spoke to an Employee Siya who did not bother to help but rather argue with me for over 15 minutes laughing saying that I need to pay! We previously would use a number of Devices for my business in a number of Provinces that they actually wouldn’t even work in certain areas which is understandable due to load shedding. Iam beyond annoyed and frustrated. *********** Employees with no sense of simple basic administration and financial skills them on top of that the customer service is horrific! Don’t Use RAIN!!
