So I have rain over the pass 5 month or a bit longer and to date no one cares

The internet and service from rain is horrible

If you stay in the south of JHB do not use this company they are useless to the core

For months I am battling to get hold of someone to fix my internet ot cancel my line

You can't phone them you have to log a call Vai there app that you never get a reply from

They are the pits they take your MONEY and you must still buy data WTH

They are useless

I email the CEO as well and to date no reply

Rain will now message me to cancel rather then fix the problem that's how useless there staff are
