Don't use RAIN

I changed from fibre to RAIN and what a mistake. The sales person misled me. I explicitly said I am a gamer and I need good upload and download speed and a stable line. She told me to take their best (and most expensive package). I get over 1300 latency when connecting to a game (and I have the screenshots to show this). The line is very unstable and drops all the time. When it is loadshedding I can't even use it to Skype. The support centre is totally useless. I will be cancelling my contract.
