Don’t upgrade to the loop it doesn’t work!!! The unlimited data is a lie

I switched to loop yesterday and paid for unlimited let me tell you!!! It HAS NEVER WORKED I’ve been using my GB all along and it’s frustrating the 101 was operating way better with no problems I regret switching to this loop. I did everything but still it doesn’t switch to my loopzone which causes it to use out of zone GB! This is uncalled for why make something that will take the brand 10 steps back! I can’t use my tv as it will chow all the GB then I’m told to buy more GB *** 🤬 why when I paid for unlimited but ITS NOT WORKING! I don’t recommend this at all! It’s more a phone device than it is a wifi router! The unlimited data does not work I feel ****med honestly this has causes so much inconvenience in my life! I work from home can you imagine my livelihood being messed up by a damn upgrade? I regret it
