Don't trust this company.

I cancelled my Rain internet. The cancellation was set for the end of May. On the 25th of April the debit order was collected. On the first of May, my internet was cancelled. I contacted them to query this. They said they would pay back the money. They have not payed me back. It is now almost three weeks. They keep telling me the problem has been escalated, but I do not get any response about what is going on. This is a very dishonest company. Watch out!
