Don't Trust Rain 5G

Don't thrust the this company or the lies in their advertising. Rain 5G seem to spend all their money on advertising and forget the customer once they have your Money. Why is it that everyone accept that you have a smart phone. I tested Rain for 7 days ,according to their sales pitch, and the wanted to return the router and cancel. No response from the support team accept for an email stating "Help is on its way". Four days later I called the sales department who connected me with support. Te minutes later, listening to what is construed as music, I hung up. Calling sales again and insisting to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I can only cancel or contact support on a smart fone with the app. I borrowed a friends phone loaded the app and cancel. Two days later i only have "Help is on its way" emails and no response.
