Dont trust rain

What is wrong with you guys i had rain for more then 2 years now was always on the normal package witch signal was trieble luckily 5g went live last year. where i took the black Friday deal paid for it and everything after a while i ask for an agent to contact me regarding the premium click on the icon of upgrade where your system pop up a message to say a agent wil contact you to help you. With in a hour ive been switch to premium with out my knowledge. Had numerous calls with different agents regarding this witch none of them was helpful eventually i got an email from thumbha saying that i been switch back to standard feom the 1st of jan witch i think its very unfair because i didn't get premium speeds or a 5g pro router got debit R831 on the 2nd of January i let it slip but at my surprise you guys debit me R999 today what the heck im looking for answers i got other debits orders witch must go of ones again use cant charge me premium rates where i dont get premium service i want my money back
