Don't start because you won't be able you cancel - they ***** money and deliver poor service

Don't take out a plan with them because they deduct money months after you cancelled and told them to collect their router. They are *****ing money, and when you try to cancel the debit order you can't because they are smart they are putting it through the system as a transaction. Even when you move banks without advising them they take money without having approval for it.
