Don't sign up with Rain

Extremely poor customer service from Raul and all the rain staff I've come into contact with since the inception of my business. Steer clear unless you want to pay for internet with very little to no upload speeds or deal with an ISP who has *********** CS staff. With my 15yrs in customer service, both public and private sector, local and internationally, I could certainly teach your staff a thing or two.
