Don't sign up with RAIN

Worst experience EVER! took 15 days to deliver my router then, they weren't happy with my fica doc's, so I sent it back, now 7-10 working days for a refund! this is after I paid IMMEDIATELY and have had to pay my existing supplier again........ call centre is no help, they have NO POWER to do or resolve anything!!!!
