Don't sign up with rain

Cancelled my account about a month ago, was assured it would be cancelled and no charges would occur in the following month Come month end, money has been deducted from my account, rain account cancelled and no one answering at the service center. This is truly unexpected. I'm paying for something I don't have.

Also, just note there is no way to prove what is said via phone calls as no calls are recorded. Meaning the customer is never right, it is their word against yours
