Don't sign up with RAIN!

I'm so beyond frustrated by this Internet Service provider called RAIN!! I have stopped using their services 2 years ago as my husband and I moved to a farm and there was no connectivity there whatsoever. We sent an email to cancel which was never responded to and when you call the contact centre number you got an automated response with no actual person to attend to. Last year I received a bill from a 3rd party attorneys from RAIN for services that I have not used, I paid that bill in full and thought that would be the end of it. To my shock and horror, 2 days ago, I received a notification that I am still being billed and owe an outstanding amount! , mind you for NOTHING!! I Tried calling the contact centre again and NO HELP, still automated responses! I want to speak to a human being who can cancel this subscription once and for all and take me out of my misery. For anyone thinking of signing up with RAIN, don't do it, it's not worth it and they have zero customer service!!
