Don’t sign up for this. I regret it They debited me for something I didn’t even use, ive been trying to call and sending emails from Feb asking for assistance since the router is not working, no one has ever called me back, when i call them they don’t want to cancel telling me about march outstanding fees whereas I've been calling to cancel with no help, why must I pay for something I didn't use, even today I called them and this girl dropped a call on me while I was still talking, I'm so disappointed

Where is that money coming from, I asked to cancel in march. How is it my problem that you never cancelled it. I called and your agents advised me to keep the router on so don’t tell me about the usage

I don’t have a screenshot, scroll up and see when. Was my first complain here on hello petter, a normal person don’t just complain but the communicate with the company first which I did. I’ve been waiting for your agents to call me they never did. You all lie hey saying you called
