Don't rain on my parade

When I first started using WiFi internet I had excellent internet connectivity. My service provider then started to use Rain. Ever since switching to them the connectivity has decreased to the extent that it became non existent. I have now gone to Telkom, yes Telkom and I have not had a day of lost connections . Don't waste your time and money using Rain.
