DONT JOIN RAIN SOUTH AFRICA!!!

Rain, it's me again.. the last time I posted, you guys had delivered the router however there was no internet connection. It took you guys 3 full days to sort it out. I'm back again today with a similar issue I encountered when I joined you guys 3/4 weeks ago. It's been over 6 hours without internet and no matter how much I move this stupid box of yours or reboot, nothing happens. At this point I am so extremely ****ED with your services!!! I went to your Facebook page and I saw that I am not the only one complaining about not having internet! You guys don't take your customers serious. It hasn't been a month since I joined you guys but I've had enough already!! I still repeat, you don't deserve even that 1 star!!! If you haven't joined them yet, then save yourself from the headaches and DONT!

Rain, it's been over 48 hours and I still don't have internet connection! Tell me, how am I supposed to work since I'm working from home?? My daughter and I haven't been watching TV since your internet is not working. You cannot tell me that you don't have an estimated time for repairs whilst the internet has been down for almost 3 days now, isn't this supposed to be considered an emergency??? This should be treated as an emergency!!!! You don't even have the guts to update your customers on the status of this situation. I have been moving this thing around the house and it's still not working! I'm GATVOL with you and your bad service!!
