Don't join Rain Internet they lie about product and don't give support.

Rain internet is by far the worst provider on the market. I was **** to when signing up. The sales person told that the internet will work during loadshedding as long as its got power to the modem, this is a lie. This so called 5G buffers all the time, I have full signal and in the middle of 5G area. Tried for more than a week now to contact support but no luck. They don't answer calls or respod to email or their message platform. All I want to do is cancell this ******* product. Please safe yourself the stress and don't join rain. To Rain: if you think I'm unfair then sorry but all you had to do was not lie and give me the support and produ t "you" promised!
