Don't JOIN RAIN

They don't even deserve 1/star!!! first I was overcharged on my account in December I cut up my rain sim card but according to them it shows usage

I spoke to so many consultants and no one could assist me properly after I finally found a consultant that told me I was overcharged. Only to be transferred to another consultant that now wants me to pay a additional amount to cancel the account. I refuse to pay a cent more after they already over charged me

What can I do to take this further its February 2022 and I've been struggling since December 2021

I regret joining this network Im so disappointed it leaves a bad taste in my mouth
