DON'T GO WITH RAIN EVER!!!

After finally being able to cancel the contract on February 2024 i receive sms'es 28 june that we are being handed over to a debt collector for 2 months of no payment for the month of march and april 2024. Our last payment was on 4 march and the courier company that needs to collect the router informed us on 4 march that they will be collecting the router. The payments went off the bank account and could not have been cancelled by myself or the bank. Now they want to take money without giving me a call or a proper email, just a sms that also looks like a ****. Probably the worst internet provider in south Africa
