Dont go for Rain try MTN or others for routers etc
I called requested a call from Rain night of 11 March 2024 On 12 March they called me first thing in the morning. I ordered a package. They asked me to collect it but I couldnt and they promised to deliver in 5 w.days
Until now I havent received anything from them. They dont respond to requests for calls each day anymore
I also dont know why they didn't prorata the package since it's in the middle if the month
Could rain have conned me
Their service is at its worst

This may be your way of covering up bad service. How can I cancel the order without Rain calling me directly?
Unfortunately you will debit me twice including the package that I havent received. Its 2 weeks 2 days now before I receive my package.
Please deliver my package asap

It's now 3 weeks and a day since I ordered my package. I paid for the package and its disturbing to note that you have not yet delivered it.
There were reasons I upgraded from limited and Unlimited wifi. The cost I have incurred since I 'upgraded' are enormous. It was from come and pick up from the package from Greenpoint to waiting for over 3 weeks for it.
Clients who are serious and productive online must not consider services from Rain. Its sinking, and it's sad.
It's now 3 weeks and a day since I ordered my package. I paid for the package and its disturbing to note that you have not yet delivered it.
