Terrible system they have going on. I get billed on the 1st of the month but my internet got cut off today on the 15th saying I owe. Meaning I must pay twice now, this has happened more than twice and it’s such an inconvenience , I’m done, will make a plan for the rest of the month, going with Cell C or MTN month end. Peace be with yal

A person could even cry for such an inconvenience, truly disgusting the campaign yal have going on there, how can I pay for a full month’s service and get half a month, what is that? What happens to the rest of my money??
