Don’t get rain. You’ll probably never use your internet because it’s off the entire time 😕

I’ve been told to reset and restart my device probably 10 times in the week that I’ve owned this router. I haven’t used my internet ONCE yet I’ll be charged full price on the 1st. I want to be reimbursed for all the data I’ve had to buy because I’m a student and have to upload stuff using my own data. Plus why can’t they send their technicians instead of giving me a 24-48 hr response time?? This isn’t right YALL are ******** people at this point, especially people who already don’t have that kind of money to just throw around.
