DON'T GET RAIN!!! You will WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Had Rain for nearly 28 months now and we started out with download speed +-47Mb/s and upload +-27Mb/s. Since lock down speeds just went down. It got so bad that currently for the past month or so if we get download speed of 1Mb/s and upload +-2Mb/s we are lucky.

Numerous emails and phone calls and zero success.

Rain used to work during loadshedding, but for the past 3 or 4 months nope, no service during loadshedding.

****it, but they have to be reported to ICASA as they clearly mislead customers with false advertising. You don't even get close to the apparent service offered. It is like this all over Welkom in Free-state. So if you reside here, don't even bother getting Rain. In my experience, you will definitely waste your money and then have to deal with a support team that excel in empty promises.

When we started with rain more than 2 years ago we constantly received 47Mb/s download speeds, but now for the past 15 months if it goes beyond 1.5Mb/s it is a miracle. I have contacted support numerous times, wrote on Hellopeter and nothing changes!!! This is unacceptable and false advertising. Your service does not even work during load shedding. What is the point? Your rating on Hellopeter is horrible and therefore don't be surprised if you get sued by someone, possible ICASA as well or your business goes bankrupt very soon. Your YouTube adds or low fees wont save you this time. Too many people know about your ****!!! Let's be honest, you who read this message...Would you as an individual (not an employee) genuinely be happy with paying for this service???
