Don't get Rain Wifi

We have been without Wifi at our House in Seaview in Port Elizabeth for 7 days. I have phoned numerous times in the past 7 days only to hear that the tower in the area is down. So my question the whole time is when will it get fixed. No time frame... My kids had a horrible holiday as they couldn't even play their Xbox. Our CCTV cameras are also not recording as it works with WIFI. Our security is also compromise .

Rain gives very bad service....
