DONT GET RAIN 5G OR RAIN ONE. YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

I have never experienced such mad service from a service provider. I ordered my router on 18/03/24 received it on 20/03/2024. They took my money but I still have no service. I have called in more than 30 times and each time they say it's been escalated. There is no management to assist. The call centre has no contact with the rest of the departments. It's just pathetic service on a whole other level. If you need fast and efficient internet, forget Rain. I have references ***4, ***9, ***146824,***5,***3. It's been 4days and I still have no connection.

I gave them the serial numbers and sim car numbers yesterday. They promised me a forced activation would've been done last night by 8pm. Still nothing. I called in this morning and they said that they don't know what's happening but they escalated. This is unprofessional service.

I have so many references and called in honestly more than 30 times. Non of your staff members told me to send through pics or gave me that email address. That's not fair
