Don't get Rain

I originally signed up with Rain because I heard good things about them, but my experience has been really bad thus far. After trying to get hold of their support for days, and it ended up being a "glitch" on their side.

Similarly, I recently tried getting my mother-in-law sorted with Rain 4G, again not working as expected (even after payment), and it seems virtually impossible to get hold of proper support. The only response we've had informed us to do the RICA (which we did), and now it doesn't accept the SIM details, which makes perfect sense, because we already went through the process.

I really don't know why I even bothered with Rain again. If you want my honest advice, stay away, and use an ISP with proper support.
