Don't get Rain

Where do I start, my husband works abroad and our wifi went down this morning at 9am. I called and asked for any info and was told I can't be helped as its on my husband's name. I explained that they'd helped me before but new rules say I have no access. We have kids that do schooling from home and have missed countless lessons due to rain. And they couldn't care less, all you get is sorry I can't help you. DONT GET RAIN!!!!! Shocking service provider
