Don't get caught in the Acid Rain

I have never in my life seen such a pathetic excuse for a ISP such as Rain. I actually can't believe they still get away with providing such ******* service! I had a laugh the other day when I read a MyBroadband article stating that Rain is at the top favored ISPs and that they are further expanding their infrastructure. How the hell can you expand your infrastructure if you can't even maintain the current one?!?!?!? I mean, how many times must one log a call and how must one make Rain's dimwitted call center agents understand that they need to look BEYOND the CPE Router of a Customer because maybe, JUST MAYBE the problem lies with your 5G transmission Towers? How many times must one listen to the bull**** being provided by said call center agents, myself being a Hardware, Network & Software expert for 25 years?

"Sir, remove the SIM card from the CPE then wait 10mins; insert SIM card and restart your CPE" Really??? It's like a car that doesn't start and a technician telling you to get out of the car for 10mins, get back in, and then the car will start.

Thank goodness I moved to Vodacom Uncapped; it's always on and working, despite load-shedding.
