Don't Fall Victim To This Promo

Ordered their 5G Router special they currently have on the 17th of June. The first issue was the whole delivery, there was a lot of back and fourth which resulted in me only receiving the router on the 25th of June. Plugged it in and set it up and started getting network issues even though my area was "covered". I had spoken to two gentleman that actually did try to help and then my issue went to someone in technical support who asked me to send her screenshots of what I was going through which I did and received no response which resulted in me having to cancel the contract on the 28th of June. The team was very quick to pick up the item but again had issues with delivery but they have everything as I received it. I have pictures and emails to prove this. I have emailed rain support 3 times already about my refund and instead I was billed an additional fee on the 30th of June and have not received word from any of the team.
