Don't fall for this s**** **** of a network
Bad company! Poor internet connection. No customer care. A consultant or agent named Athenkosi, is either a slow learner or just illiterate. I paid for my data on the 5th, they disconnected it on the 15th, stating that I need to make another payment. They do that every month! I must pay twice each month. When I call in the customer care line, it's just a bunch of clueless agents who know nothing & they always say "there's nothing I can do". The customer care staff is extremely clueless, I doubt they even understand anything about Telecomms.

17 Apr 2023, 13:56My data connection was disconnected last month on the 16th, it's understable because I did not pay for the data, so it wasn't loaded.
I made payment on the 5th of this month, on the web it says my next payment date is the 1st of May.
Then all of a sudden, I get msgs to pay again now.
So I paid R265 for the 5th to the 16th? Is that what you're implying?
I have asked several times to change my billing date, a so calles team leader said it's impossible.
U cannot say the payment I made this month falls on the previous month, u turned off the sim last month on the 17th, so am I paying for services that were not rendered???

I had activated the sim on the 10th of March n paid 30something, I understood when it was disconnected on the 16th/17th of March because I had not paid.
The data was reconnected only after I made payment this month.
