Dont ever use Rain its unstable amd gets worse each month

This is the worse isp i have ever used. The wifi gets worse each month cant even go into youtube. When we cancel they say we owe them winter promo money. (cause instead of paying 500 its was just 300)but didnt mention it in the winter promo details.
