Don't ever use RAIN

I have been on Rain for 4 years and I have so much trouble getting a hold of them. Their service is really bad. Been on hold for more than an hour an do have multiple references. I just want out of the deal. Don't ever choose Rain. It may be great now but just wait. They are not reliable at ALL
