Don't ever RAIN your time

Rain has failed us.After paying our monthly fees around R470 each month it seems as if our service provider has yet failed us again and again.It is very slow ....slow....slow! Below what was promised to us...then after a while(a nap/2..3..hours)then it will work for around 5 mins then it's back to buffing again.Seriously disappointing ...worst on weekends and public holidays when we are at home???why should we pay for somthing we can't use...I tried phoning but only excuses due to the weather or high amount of users????then why are we paying soo much.if rain cannot sort this endless problem out then they should be HONEST and call it a day.POOR
