Don’t ever dream of using rain internet

Rain customer care it’s a nightmare to deal with. If I was the manager of that centre I would fire everyone including myself. Those people can’t resolve an issue of cancellation. It’s been a month and days since I’ve cancel and no one has bothered to contact me. It took me to come to hello Peter to get attention, but still those mother****ers they haven’t help me.
