Don't even think about getting Rain - run and run far away. You will get nowhere

If I could, I would give Rain -5 stars. I can't even begin to explain the non-exsistent service from Rain. You can't email them (those email address no longer work), you cannot call them (they no longer will be answering calls, its just a voice recording saying how we are all in this together due to Covid). All these platforms say we should log a query, except it won't allow me to as apparently I already have logged queries. None of which has every been answered, addressed or resolved. For anyone who is even considering Rain. Just DON'T DO IT. I want my account cancelled immediately and a refund issued. Money was debited off my account, but the RICA has not even been completed. For weeks this has been hanging and still no help from Rain. Are they a pyramid scheme? They love debiting a person's bank account but don't except any service, or data or help in return. I am beyond disappointed by the lack of everything from Rain. And I am poorer at the ended of the day. Can I have my money back Rain? What must I do to get my account cancelled? How do I get my refund? RAIN IS A DISGRACE!
