DONT EVEN SIGN UP

I would Not RECOMMEND RAIN AT all, I would Usually do but not anymore. I am from rain since 2023 great start till march 2024 then i had slow speeds. phoned it was sorted. But now same time 2025 for a month I still have the same slow internet.

I have phoned asked for service request and nothing. My line is a 4G line I know @ 30MBs and it was fine since last year till now. got speeds up to 1/3 mbs, so I decided to go for 60mbs as I need the speeds was fine for the activation day and then it is on 6/8 mbs.

they are really useless even customer care is K@#. Reboot your router/ Move your router/Reset your router I mean really do you think I am that stupid even the one Consultant or useless person working there tells me the tower is 2km away... really why did I not have slow speeds last year. oh dear Consultant they use rowers in space with a greater distance...

But I see there is no joy with them I would recommend not getting rain get a different ISP.
