Don't even bother!

Very very quick to sell you their services but are shockingly bad at assisting thereafter. Ordered the 5G router on the 17th of June. Only received it on the 25th. Sim Card was then activated on their side but to date I have not received an ounce of internet connection. Field agents were called to test the network and that too failed. there was no follow up by rain at all to assist in any way. i called to cancel and for a complete refund and was promised that it would be done. over a week later and numerous calls, still nothing. I am still sitting with a dead router and no connection. Today i speak to the agent and was told that I will not get a full refund because I cancelled after 7 days! the nerve! Like I asked for there to be no connection! Now I must donate funds for nothing to an absolutely shambolic service provider! Quick to sell you dreams and cannot back it up!
