Dont change your payment date with Rain you will be expected to pay twice

After changing my payment date from the 25th to the first of every month my internet was disconected, I was informed by Rain that it is due to the payment date change and it will take 30days to implement the new date, in November i payed again due to getting disconected on the 29th as my payment date should be the 1st after paying on the 29th I got disconected on the 2nd again how o earth does Rain expect me to pay twice just because of a payment date change? Well done Rain you just lost us as clients, your after sale service is non existent, Fibre here I come after years of being with Rain ot is good bye with a broken heart due to your poor poor service
