Don't call their call centre. I got charged R41 for holding for 3 minutes. Ridiculous

05 Jul 2023, 17:11Now the Rain One 5g router which we have already paid for has not arrived. We received a sms from the courier CCD Couriers that delivery would be today and now at the end of the day they advise me that I will only receive the package in 12 days time. What circus show are you guys running here? We want to cancel and expect an immediate refund. We will go to MTN instead.

Now the Rain One 5g router which we have already paid for has not arrived.
