Don't buy rain sim and enter banking details it's a ****

I've sent multiple emails to cancel my 4G contract with them 2 months ago yet they still deducting money from my account. They call centers are not operating during covid-19 and are only taking emails which they not replying too. I want a full refund from the time I cancelled my contract to now .
