DON'T BUY RAIN PRODUCTS!

This is the worst Internet Service Provider. You don't get what you buy. I ordered a sim card from Rain for the 4G 24/7 unlimited package. This cost me R479. Once the sim card arrived, I waited almost 72hrs and nothing was activated. I tried multiple times to contact them through their chat service and by emailing support, which was the only way to get in touch. When I finally got in touch with an agent they said that the sim card I have is not the one registered on the system. So I had to wait another 2 days for delivery of a second sim card. Once I received the sim card, it doesn't work on the Mi-fi device that I have. Seriously disappointing. After putting the sim card into my phone it works, but the network service is so poor, it is on and off the whole time and I am definitely in the 4G range as indicated on their map on their site. Today I wanted to request a refund and I cannot even access the chat feature for support. Only email is available and they don't respond to any emails. I want a refund, for this is the poorest service ever received!
