Don't buy from rain

Rain uncapped 4G has never worked for my family especially between 17h00 - 22h00 daily until I decided to stop using it from 26-02-2022. Account was debited on 1-03-2022 for February usage. They debited the account again on 1-04-2022 which was not supposed to. When sending emails to ***, they bounce back saying email has been discontinued. When phoning, no-one answers. Amazingly, they sent an emails again today from the "discontinued" email address from *** reminding us about payment.
