DONT BUY ANY OF Rain South Africa's services, their Service is sooo PATHETIC!!!!

So yesterday I received the router and the 2 sim cards however there is no internet connection to date! I made them aware on their Facebook page and they requested the email address linked to my account and that I send a picture of the sticker behind the device and that of the two sim cards of which I did. That was the last time I received any communication from them. They are not responding to my dm's and messages sent directly on their posts. Am I supposed to pay for this nonsense that is not working? Your service is so pathetic! What a terrible way to welcome new customers. So your intention is just to get customers on board and once they have received your stupid device they are on their own? The audacity to even stop responding to dm's and not bothering to keep your customers updated on the status of their queries!!!! It's either I have this fixed today or I am canceling this stupid contract. I would definitely never recommend your business to anyone. You don't even deserve that 1 star!
