DONT BUY A RAIN SIM CARD - NO SERVICE

Today I have been unable to work all day and my business is online-based, no coverage, no work, no money - No answers calls, emails etc I brought two sim cards, one of the sims stopped working when I phoned to enquiry why I had no service I was told its due to load shedding well its been 3 months since then and i have had no luck. As I said i had two the one worked perfectly fine, no amount of calls or emails have to lead to a favourable response, I want the data I paid for and i want proper service.
