Don't bother with Rain 5G.service is **********.

I paid for Rain 5G a month ago. Was sent Sim and router but did not work. Was sent a swap out Sim. Same error. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks since that they send a router to replace this faulty one. Absolutely ridiculous. I have 4 sims with them. Thinking I should just cancel all of it.

Hi. I don't need a field technician. I just need them to send a new router to replace the faulty one. I have done fault finding on the phone with your engineer. My address is 8 The Warren, Valley road, Mnandi AH, Centurion. It cannot be this difficult. Just need to send a new one and retrieve your faulty one. If an engineer comes out, he's going to come out and check everything and then probably say he'll arrange for a new one to be sent which again, will never happen. I've been waiting a month to just be able to connect. It's beyond ridiculous now.
