DONT BOTHER WITH RAIN!!!

Absolutely appalled with the customer service at Rain mobile.

Started having problems with the signal 3 months ago, spoke to a Mcobisi (sp) who was absolutely useless he escalated the wrong information which subsequently meant that when I had to call them back (because they don't ever callback) 48 hours later, I had to lodge another complaint which led to me waiting a week only to be told that my escalation ref number does not correspond with the problem that I had escalated. I waited 17mins on the line to speak to a manager having spoken to an *********** call agent and spoke to Wenzel who also proved to be a waste of time! I am genuinely not going to pay for this month and gonna reverse the payment as it has been 4 months now and I still have had no assistance with regard to the now slow internet speed!
