Don't bother getting Rain. Rather pay R100 more at any other SP that works.

So after a lot of phone calls to get me connected, which failed, I eventually Cancelled the service. I was told that I would be refunded. It's now going for the third week and I still have not received my refund. Is there anyone on here that can advise how I can pursue this matter. It seems like this rain thing is more of a **** than anything else.
